(2) How can we know the processing of PCB orders?
Each Customer will have a sale to contact you. Our working hours: AM 9:00-PM 19:00(Beijing Time) from Monday to Friday. We will reply to your email as soon as quickly during our working time. And you also could contact our sales by cellphone if urgent.
(3) What do you require in order to produce an assembly quotation?
Bill of materials (BOM) detailing:
a), Manufacturers parts numbers,
b), Components suppliers’ parts number (e.g. Digi-key, Mouser, RS )
c), PCBA sample photos if possible.
d), Quantity
(4) What is your Production Capacity?
(5) Can you manufacture my PCBs from a picture file?
No, we can’t accpet picture files, if you no not have gerber file, you can send us sample to copy it.

(6) What board manufacturer do you use for FR4?
Main Suppliers(FR4): Kingboard (Hong Kong), NanYa (Taiwan), and Shengyi (China), If others, please RFQ.
(7) When will my PCB files be checked?
Checked within 12 hours. Once Engineer’s question and working file checked, we’ll start the production.
(8) How many days will the sample be finished? And how about mass production?
Generally 2-3 days for sample making. The lead time of mass production will depend on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
(9) How long is your normal product delivery period?

(10) Do you have MOQ of products? If yes, what is the minimum quantity?
ABIS has no MOQ requirements for either PCB or PCBA.
(11) I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small orders?
ABIS never choose orders. Both Small orders and Mass orders are welcome and We ABIS will be seriously and responsible, and serve customers with quality and quantity.

ISO9001, ISO14001, UL USA& USA Canada, IFA16949, SGS, RoHS report.
(2) Is my PCB files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
We respect customer’s copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone eles with your files unless we receive written permission from you, nor we’ll share the files with any other 3rd parties.

(3) What is your quality control process?
(1) Can I have samples to test?
Yes, we are pleased to supply module samples to test and check the quality, mixed sample order is available. Please note buyer should pay for the shipping cost.
(2) If all PCBs, and PCBAs will be tested before delivery if we provide the function testing method?
Yes, we ensure that each piece of PCB, and PCBA will be tested before shipment, and we ensure the goods we sent with good quality.
(3) What kinds of testing do you have?
ABlS performs 100% visual and AOl inspection as well as performing electrical testing, high voltage testing, impedancecontrol testing, micro-sectioning, thermal shock testing, solder testing, reliability testing, insulating resistance testing, ionic cleanliness testing and PCBA Functional testing.
(1) What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?
By T/T, Paypal, Western Union, etc
(2) If I order a big quantity, what’s the good price?
Please send the details inquiry to us, such as the Item Number, Quantity for each item, Quality request, Logo, Payment Terms, Transport method, Discharge place, etc. We will make an accurate quotation for you as soon as possible.
(1) What is the shipping method?
We suggest you use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT forwarder.
(2) How about the shipping fees?
We provide freight according to the rules setting by express company, no more extra charge.
